What Can An 8% Return Do For You?

We have been investing for over 30 years.  For the past 13 years we have been highly successful specializing in investing through a unique business strategy.  We have always financed the purchase and renovation of the homes through banks and mortgage companies.  One year ago, we changed the way we are funding our home purchases.  Due to the Economic changes we decided to have private lenders and partners to fund our business since it would be easier less limiting and faster.  In return for partners money, we share the profits.

Our first partner placed money with us in October 2008.  We just sent out Pat’s annual statement in October 2009.  During that time his funds grew by $5,850.50. If he would have left his money in the money market which was 1% interest his gain would have been $650.00.  He received a 900% better return by partnering with us.

The key to wise investing today, because all of the unknowns, is to diversify some of your funds into a safe high yield fixed return .  Our partnership agreements requires a payout minimum of 8% calculated annually, and paid out when the home sells.  With a split of the proceeds when the home is sold. (usually within 36 months).

By the way, we don’t take any fees out of the 8% plus returns, you will get the full 8%+.
